Features and Specification:
1.Interior and exterior portions of the door panel and frame are constructed of 12 gauge rectangular tube steel
2. All scrollwork is constructed of 5/8”or 9/16” solid steel bar
3.All doors are pre hung and tested for quality assurance and have door latch, window latch, and glass panel can be operable for cleaning
4.Our doors undergo a multi-step finishing process, sandblast, hot zinc spray, epoxy primer, black epoxy top coat, hand-applied antiquing.
5.Flush bolt in inactive doors are provided for all double doors.Both doors can be opened if you unlock the flush bolt.
6.Weather-stripping is installed around the all frame and door stop to reduce moisture when door is closed.
7.Heavy-duty hinges that can support up to 1500 pounds.
8.Package use Bubble wrap, pearl cotton, carton, wood box.we will make iron pallet for full delivery and protection.
9.Install you can through mounting Tabs or mounting holes, door is a pre-hung and pre-drilled unit, making it easy to install.

Q:Is the pivot hardware included?
A:Yes, the pivot hardware is included, already installed in both the door leaf and jamb.
Q:Are the doors heavy & hard to open?
A:NO – because of our special pivot device these doors are easy to open and close.
Q:Do you powder coat your doors?
A:we use a paint process that starts from when the door is finished. The door and frame are galvanized, rust primed, and blasted before we put on two coats of paint followed by bronze dusting and then finished off with a clear coat. In the event that anything happens to your door this will allow us and touch up your door to look like new!
